What is Handball

Heard of Handball?

Handball is a fast-paced team sport in which two teams of seven players each (six outfield players and a goalkeeper) compete to score goals by throwing a ball into the opposing team’s net. The game is played on a rectangular indoor court with a goal at each end, similar to soccer but with players using their hands instead of their feet to handle the ball. Players pass, dribble, and shoot the ball while following specific rules to maintain fair play. A standard match consists of two 30-minute halves, and the team with the most goals at the end wins. Handball emphasizes speed, teamwork, strategy, and physical agility. Variations of the sport, such as beach handball, are also popular.
