The Handball Futures Development & Skills Camp is your chance to step into one of the world’s most exciting Olympic sports: Team Handball!
Explore the Olympic sport of Team Handball
Looking for your next athletic challenge?
Try the Olympic sport of Team Handball (Handball)!
Handball is an electrifying indoor sport played between two teams of seven (six court players + a goalkeeper). The goal? To pass, dribble, and shoot your way to more goals than the other team, all while moving fast, thinking sharp, and working together. Think of the energy of soccer, the quick transitions of basketball, and the physicality of rugby — all rolled into one.
Join Handball Futures at our Development & Skills Camps for female athletes held across the country! These camps are your first step on the pathway to the Handball Futures Festival and the USA Team Handball athlete pool. Whether you’re new to the game or building on your experience, you’ll sharpen your skills, connect with inspiring coaches, and be part of the growing women’s handball movement.

Why Give Handball a Try?
✔️Fast-Paced & High Energy Matches are intense. Two 30-minute halves, constant movement, rapid attacks and counter-attacks — you’ll stay in the game, literally. ✔️Full-Body Fitness You’ll run, jump, throw, pivot, defend. It builds speed, agility, power and endurance. ✔️Teamwork & Strategy Success depends on everyone: passes have to be sharp, positioning smart, communication constant. It’s not just who’s strongest or who can shoot the hardest — it’s about how you play together. ✔️A Sport for Everyone Whether you’re more of a shooter, a defender, or a thinker of plays, there’s a role for you. Variations like beach handball and wheelchair handball offer even more ways to play.
